a nonprofit farm dedicated to helping low income people eat healthy. At Lockhart Acres Farm, Regina and others grow all organic foods during a specific season. Other people come in to work the farm collectively in exchange for produce. In the near future there will be a farm-stand where they will be accepting food-stamps. The land will soon be welcoming chickens, and other animals as well.

So if you’re craving a better social life and you do get the desire to “get the fuck out of here,” might I suggest a vacation instead of a move? I mean, the grass is actually quite green here 365 days a year, and chances are you’re going to be back in a few years anyway. Why not save a few grand on relocation costs? Don’t get me wrong. Many can thrive in a big city. That’s not my point. My point is why can’t we enjoy the one we’re already in just the same?

an outdoor projection event in April, an opening event the beginning of May at the Orlando Museum of Art and a four-day run of exhibits, seminars and lectures in mid-May.

This will be third year for Snap! in Orlando and the theme will be “Urban Wild.”

DAVE School founders open 3-D computer animation studio - Orlando Business Journal

Jeff and Anne Scheetz are moving full speed ahead with a new boutique animation studio on Sand Lake Road called Monkey Chow Productions.

“After 10 years of providing animation education at our school inside Universal Studios Orlando, we decided to return to animation production,” Jeff Scheetz said. “We had a great run with the school, but we missed doing the actual work.”
