LinkedIn's Page just for Ryan Price
A bit like ClaimID, I suppose, but less explicit. gather all the profiles we know named Ryan Price so you can browse by city and job title. Now there are a lot more guys named Ryan Price than even I thought (and that's just on LinkedIn).
At least I'm currently the number 2 Ryan Price. Someday...
Dave Winer has been complaining for weeks about his new MacBook randomly shutting down. Leo, Merlin, Alex and the gang over at MacBreak Weekly have been talking about mooing. Apparently the MacBook Pro doesn't have these problems. I'm glad I spent the extra dough.

I have just been saying something that is supported by today's episode of rocketboom for quite some time.
The first half of the video (0:00-2:48) talks about how having a community both contributing and adding value to content creates a much more rich experience than any single entity could provide, then the Frenchman asks, "So you think business could benefit from this type of collaboration?" See the resulting discussion (2:48-5:12).

When you have a social network, and anything happens that the users don't like, they will use the tools you gave them to organize and expose the "violence inherit in the system" (or what have you). It is part of the magic of 'democracy'.

First of all, thank you Wordpress for including the Technorati ego widget on the dashboard of my favorite blogging software. Second, thanks to Technorati for being an awesome blog search engine. I'm sure that's how some of my new traffic has been coming in.
Ok, so my life is now online. All my email addresses have a webmail interface, even though I prefer to check them on my Thunderbird or Apple Mail. My bookmarks are exclusively on del.icio.us, my calendar is exclusively on 30boxes (because I heard they have a MySpace widget, and I doubt Google does), but what about my contacts?
